Rich Carducci

Leasing Marketing Manager

Richard began his career as a real estate agent in New York City and its surrounding counties. After moving to Austin in 2013, he transitioned to serving residents as a Multi-site Leasing Manager. His broad experience includes lease-ups, new construction, commercial real estate, due diligence, and acquisitions.

When he is not working, Rich is an active member of Austin’s music community. He plays multiple instruments and even took a year off to perform and tour full time after arriving in Texas.
