Our Team

  • Rich Carducci
    Leasing Marketing Manager
Richard began his career as a real estate agent in New York City and its surrounding counties. After moving to Austin in 2013, he transitioned to serving residents as a Multi-site Leasing Manager. His broad experience includes lease-ups, new construction, commercial real estate, due diligence, and acquisitions.

When he is not working, Rich is an active member of Austin’s music community. He plays multiple instruments and even took a year off to perform and tour full time after arriving in Texas.
  • Sara Velasco
    Leasing Marketing Manager
Sara recently moved to Austin and is already making a positive impact on residents in her new community!  She brings strong leasing experience to her role and enjoys building relationships with residents to identify and meet their needs.  With a social and friendly nature, Sara’s personality shines at work as she builds and maintains those customer connections.

A recent graduate from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, she is excited to get to know Austin’s unique culture and all the area has to offer.

Sara is proud of her Mexican heritage and cherishes her family traditions.  She loves to learn new languages, already speaking 4 of them – and working on 2 more!
  • Julio Angel
    Maintenance Manager
Julio started his career as a porter and has expanded his skills to grow into his current role as a Maintenance Manager, while also studying for a degree in Building Construction Technology. Julio leads the maintenance team by implementing processes to maximize productivity, and he enjoys seeing his residents satisfied as a result.  His ability to multitask was put to the test during the 2021 winter storm. While experiencing power outages of their own, Julio and his team attended to emergencies and even personally checked on some more vulnerable residents to ensure they were safe and warm.

When Julio is not at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. An avid sports fan, he can often be found cheering for his kids at their soccer games.
  • Raul Deciga
    Sr. Maintenance Technician
Raul’s career in maintenance began when he was 19.  He enjoys learning new skills and taking on new challenges, including relocating to Austin in order to grow in his role as a Maintenance Technician.  Raul takes pride in his ability to find solutions for his team and his residents, always looking for the brighter side of a situation.

Raul likes to spend his free time playing soccer with his son, taking road trips with his family, or riding his bicycle around town on a sunny day.
  • Yainier Jimenez
    Sr. Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, Yainier takes satisfaction in completing repairs and making his residents happy.  Prior to beginning his career in residential maintenance, Yainier remodeled mobile homes.  Committed to providing excellent service, Yainier often goes above and beyond for his customers, even attending to an emergency request on a recent holiday.  Residents know him by his charismatic personality and ability to make people smile.  In his free time, Yainier’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his family.
  • Tony Garcia
    Maintenance Technician
Tony’s career in maintenance began by chance – when he was 18, a family friend offered him a job and the rest is history!  He enjoys the fast pace and hands-on work his role demands and is committed to finishing every job.  He recalls one time that a severe plumbing issue kept him at a property past midnight. Tony’s dedication to providing an excellent customer experience kept him motivated, and the resident’s appreciation was worth the long hours of work.

A former semi-professional soccer player, Tony enjoys working out and watching sports, and he is also a fan of Anime, Marvel and DC. His motto is “If you don’t like your destiny, don’t accept it. Instead, have the courage to change it to the way you want it to be.”
  • Ricardo Gonzalez
    Maintenance Technician
Ricardo began his career working as a painter.  With some training from a co-worker, he expanded his skill set and found that he loved the satisfaction of working with his hands to perform repairs.  Ricardo works hard to provide quality customer service; one day during a snowstorm he responded to 20 calls about resident power outages and performed 3 emergency repairs.  While Ricardo is willing to go above and beyond for his customers, he prefers to keep his feet on the ground – many people might be surprised to know that he has a fear of heights!

In Ricardo’s free time he enjoys using his professional skills around his new home, working in his garage and his garden.
